Forgot Your Password?
Go to the Event Temple Login Page
Click āForgot your password?āEnter Your Email
Input the email address associated with your Event Temple account.Request Reset Instructions
Click āSend me reset password instructions.ā
A reset link will be emailed to you.Check Your Email
Open the email (check Spam/Junk if you donāt see it) and follow the instructions.Create a New Password
Log in using the temporary password provided, then set a new one.
Change Your Password After Logging In
Go to Settings > User Profile.
Scroll to the Password section and click Edit.
Enter your current password and your new one.
Click Save.
š” Tip: You can also access your User Profile by clicking your name in the top-right corner of Event Temple.
Donāt forget to update your password manager with your new credentials!
Password Requirements
Your new password must include:
At least 12 characters
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 symbol
Important Notes
Event Temple Support cannot access your passwordāyou must reset it yourself.
Reset links expire if:
You request another reset
You successfully reset your password
6 hours pass after creation
If you donāt receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact Support support@eventtemple.com for assistance.
