How do I Create an invoice for an upcoming Booking?

Environment:

Event Temple Web App

Procedure:

In Event Temple, Banquet Checks are called Invoices. There are multiple ways you can add an Invoice to a Booking:

From the Line Items tab:

  1. Access the Booking you wish to create an invoice for

  2. Select the Line Items tab (or if you are using Classic, it is called Menu Items)

  3. Select the relevant Menu Item(s) using the checkbox

  4. From the Batch actions dropdown, select Create Invoice

  5. Click Apply

  6. Input any relevant information in the respective fields (Issue Date, Due Date and any Discount.)

  7. Click Save

Create an invoice from the Line Items tab of a Booking once the line items have been added.

From the Invoices tab:

  1. Access the Booking you wish to create an invoice for 

  2. Select the Invoices tab

  3. Select the New Invoice button

  4. Input any relevant information in the respective fields (Issue Date, Due Date and any Discount.)

  5. Click Save

  6. Add any relevant Menu Items to your Invoice

Create an invoice from the Invoices tab of a Booking, click +New Invoice
