How do I Change Gratuity on Only One Invoice?

To change the gratuity on one invoice in Event Temple, you will need to go to your Event Temple Tax Settings and create an Additional Gratuity Tax with the relevant tax percentage.

Once this has been set up, navigate to the relevant Invoice and replace the Menu Items's tax that have the old Gratuity Tax with the newly created Gratuity Tax.
