You will first need to create Menu Items for the room rentals. Once you have done this, you can add the item to a Bookings, Events and Invoices.
If your Organization offers one set price for each space, Assigning a default Menu Item may be for you! This will automatically create a line item when creating an Event in that Space! To assign a default Menu Item:
Select Settings
Select Organization and then Spaces
Select the Space you wish to edit, and click the edit button on the right side
Click the Menu Item dropdown
Select the relevant Menu Item
Select Save
π Revenue Categories are dynamic and can be changed, therefore when adding or managing Spaces, ensure you assign a Space Rental Revenue Category Under Organization - > General Settings
