Updated over a month ago

Menu Items are what generate Revenue on reports.

Sometimes a guest hasn't made a decision on items such as food selections, however, you can still add other Menu Items to show the expected Revenue.

Some properties will have a "revenue estimate" Menu Item to be able to report on this information. Others will have it broken up by revenue category - "food estimate" for food revenue category, "drinks estimate for beverage revenue category" & so on.

Others will have more specific menu items like '3 course dinner' but no selections chosen.
