  4. Find the appropriate File/Document/Invoice from the list in the pop-up

  5. Click the Insert File/Document/Invoice Link button

  6. When ready, click Send

Additional Information:

  • If you'd like to add multiple links, simply click the File/Document/Invoice Links button again and select another item.

  • Rename the link by using the Insert Link function:

  • If the item you'd like to link is attached to a different Booking, you can copy the URL (copy to clipboard), and then attach it to the email using the Insert Link button.

  • Document templates cannot be attached to an email template. The document will need to be created within the Booking first before you can copy its unique URL to the email.
