Want to see more details for your Line Items?
You can customize what information is displayed in your Booking by using the Column button under the Line Items tab.
From here, you can choose to display additional details, including:
Group Bundled Options – Organize bundled items together for a clearer view.
Show Item Descriptions – Display descriptions for each line item.
Show Taxes and Fees – Include applicable taxes and fees alongside your line items.
These options make it easy to tailor your view and see the information that’s most relevant to you.
Filter Views
You can now apply additional filters to this tab. Choose one or multiple filters to narrow your search results.
Available filters:
Event Types
Space
Revenue Category
Package
Hover over the applied filter to see a list of all added specifications.
Manage Your Items
You can perform a wide range of actions from the Booking's Line Items tab:
Add Items: Add a new custom item or select existing items (sourced from Settings -> Menu Items).
Search: Find specific items quickly using the search bar.
Edit Details: Modify details inline—such as Name, Description, Taxes & Fees, Revenue Categories, and Serving Time—or click the pencil icon to open the full item editor.
Collapse/Expand Sections: Use the arrow icon to collapse or expand event sections (one section per event).
Rearrange Items: Use the 6-dot drag-and-drop handle to reorder items within an event.
Batch Actions: Perform bulk actions across one or multiple line items to:
Assign items to an event.
Update fields like quantity, price, etc.
Create an invoice.
Send items to your PMS (if your organization is connected and posting is enabled).
