Ensure Instant Book is Enabled within your Settings
This lets guests secure their booking instantly, without any approval required from your organization. Once submitted, the reservation becomes confirmed right away.
Set Payment Requirements
This setting is found in the Instant Book menu. Select “Pay in Full” to collect payment at the time of booking. Guests will then be prompted to pay the full amount at checkout via Stripe.
The booking will automatically be created in your Event Temple account once payment is successfully processed.
Choose Where Guests Land After Payment
You can now choose which page a guest is sent to once their Stripe payment has been successfully processed. This is set alongside your other payment settings under, Embedded redirect in Settings → Channels → Booking Engine.
Paste in the full URL of the page you would like to load, for example a thank you page or a confirmation page on your own website.
This redirect only applies when the Booking Engine is embedded on your own website.
If you are using the Event Temple hosted version, guests are returned to the Booking Engine home page after payment, as before.
If you leave the redirect setting empty, the existing behaviour is unchanged and guests are returned to the Booking Engine home page.
