Booking Engine settings are organized into two main areas: Chain and Organization settings.

A Chain is the top-level structure used for multi-location organizations in Event Temple. It controls which organizations appear in your Booking Engine at a global (chain) level, helping ensure consistency across all locations.

To access your Chain settings, click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner and select Chain. From there, navigate to Settings → Channels → Booking Engine.

​Status: Control whether guests can browse your properties and make bookings.
If you do not enable this it will close the Booking Engine options for your Chain.

If this setting is disabled, the Booking Engine will be closed for your Chain, preventing any bookings from being made.

​Logo: Upload your chain logo here to display it on your Booking Engine chain link.

Hosted URL: The link provided here can be shared with your guests, allowing them to browse your properties and book event space at their preferred location.

​Embed Code: The link provided here can be used to embed the Booking Engine on your website.
​
​Organizations: Preview your organization’s Booking Engine and access its settings using the Manage button.
