Opera Status Mapping Error Message

When trying to sync a group to Opera there is an error message: Group Status has no mapping configured

In the Booking, under Room Block, when trying to add a group of rooms, the status of the room block must be in Lead before it will connect to Opera PMS.

If you try to add a new room block in a status other than Lead, you will get this error message.

Sync with PMS failed: Group Status has no mapping configured
  • Add the Rooms in Lead status first.

  • Click Save.

  • Now you can go back and update the block to Tentative to hold the rooms in Opera.
