You can show excluded spaces on the Event Diary as a default setting, or as a one off when necessary.
Showing excluded spaces means the system will show gray slots for spaces that are blocked by another space on the event diary calendar.
To always show excluded spaces:
Go to Settings
Under Organization, click General Settings
Scroll to the Calendar section
Click the Edit button
Toggle "Show excluded spaces" on
To show excluded spaces when needed:
Click Calendars
Click Event Diary
Toggle "Show excluded spaces" on or off as needed
