Once an invoice is deleted in Event Temple, it cannot be recovered. You will need to re-create it.
For Non-Connected Invoices: Booking items remain unaffected.
For Connected Invoices: Some items may be removed—check prior correspondence or submitted documents.
To Delete an Invoice:
Open the invoice in Event Temple
Go to the Actions menu → Delete Invoice
Confirm the action
Tip:
If no payments have been recorded and you need to retain the invoice for audit purposes, void it instead. Voiding keeps the record visible while marking it as void, maintaining a complete audit trail.
Whenever possible, deactivate or archive items instead of deleting to prevent permanent loss.
