Once an invoice is deleted in Event Temple, it cannot be recovered.
You will need to re-create it manually.
Invoice Types:
Non-Connected Invoices: Booking items remain unaffected.
Connected Invoices: Some items may be removed—check prior correspondence or submitted documents before deleting.
How to Delete an Invoice:
Open the invoice in Event Temple.
Go to the Actions menu → Delete Invoice.
Confirm the action.
💡 Tips & Best Practices
If the invoice has no payments recorded but you want to retain it for audit purposes, void it instead. Voiding keeps the record visible, marks it as void, and maintains a complete audit trail.
Whenever possible, deactivate or archive items instead of deleting them to prevent permanent loss.
