Why Didn't All Menu Items Get Posted to Mews Automatically?

Answer:

If the Menu Items are attached to an Event that is set over a period of days, the items will not post automatically until the last day of the Event.

You will still be able to manually post the items.

Make sure all Menu Items have a Revenue Category that is included in the Automatically Posted Revenue Categories in the PMS Settings.
