Multi-Factor Authentication

MFA - 2FA

Updated over a month ago

Multi-Factor Authentication (sometimes referred to as MFA or 2FA) is an important security measure that helps protect your account from unauthorized access. It adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second form of identification in addition to your password.

Authenticator App - Mobile & desktop applications (Google Authenticator, 1Password etc) generate one-time codes that are used as a second factor to verify your identity when prompted during sign-in.
