Guests can access the portal in three ways:
Email Templates – Insert merge fields: Guest Portal URL or HTML Guest Portal URL
Manual Sharing – Copy and share the direct link from the booking.
Documents – Include the portal link in a document.
Privacy Rules
Only contacts listed on the booking can access the portal.
Guests verify access via their booking email.
A secure, one-hour magic link is sent to their inbox for authentication.
Once verified, guests remain logged in for 30 days.
Event Temple users skip authentication when logged in.
Troubleshooting Guest Portal Access Issues
If you encounter issues, such as being prompted for an email address despite following the steps above, you might be facing a technical issue. One common cause is a browser cache problem.

Clear Your Browser Cache:
Open your browser settings.
Navigate to the cache or browsing data section.
Clear your cache.
Retry Accessing the Guest Portal:
Return to the Booking in Event Temple.
Click on the Guest Portal link again. This should resolve the issue if it was a cache-related problem.
