For Guests
Guests can access the portal in three ways:
Email Templates – Insert merge fields: Guest Portal URL or HTML Guest Portal URL
Manual Sharing – Copy and share the direct link from the booking.
Documents – Include the portal link in a document.
Privacy Rules
Only contacts listed on the booking can access the portal.
Guests verify access via their booking email.
A secure, one-hour magic link is sent to their inbox for authentication.
Once verified, guests remain logged in for 30 days.
Event Temple users skip authentication when logged in.
Guest Portal Sections
Invoices
Guests can view, download, and pay invoices.
Once payment is received, a Past Payments section appears.
Documents
Displays all proposals and contracts with current status (Pending, Signed, or Completed).
Guests can sign or complete documents online, with updates shown in real time.
