The Guest Portal is a secure, personalized online hub that provides a seamless experience for your guests. It allows them to view and pay invoices, sign documents, and stay informed about their event details—all without needing to log in repeatedly.

Each booking generates a unique, secure URL that’s fast, safe, and designed to simplify communication from start to finish.

Instant Setup

  • Links are automatically created per booking—no manual setup required.

  • Simply enable the feature in settings to get started.

Secure, Password-Free Access

  • Only contacts associated with a booking can access the portal.

  • Guests verify their identity via email and remain signed in for 30 days.

Invoices & Payments

  • Guests can view and pay invoices directly through the portal.

  • Automated reminders help reduce late payments.

  • A full payment history is available for reference.

Document Sharing & Signing

  • Guests receive and sign proposals, contracts, and other documents online.

  • Due dates and status updates (e.g., Pending, Signed, Completed) are shown in real time.



Guest Access & Privacy

For Event Temple Users

  • Access the Guest Portal link directly from the booking summary page.

For Guests
Guests can access the portal in three ways:

Email Templates – Insert merge fields: Guest Portal URL or HTML Guest Portal URL

Manual Sharing – Copy and share the direct link from the booking.

Documents – Include the portal link in a document.

Privacy Rules

  • Only contacts listed on the booking can access the portal.

  • Guests verify access via their booking email.

  • A secure, one-hour magic link is sent to their inbox for authentication.

  • Once verified, guests remain logged in for 30 days.

  • Event Temple users skip authentication when logged in.


Guest Portal Sections

Invoices

  • Guests can view, download, and pay invoices.

  • Once payment is received, a Past Payments section appears.

Documents

  • Displays all proposals and contracts with current status (Pending, Signed, or Completed).

  • Guests can sign or complete documents online, with updates shown in real time.

Guestrooms

  • Blocked guestroom number and rate

Events

  • List of events and menu items, packages, amount and price

  • Hidden event types won't be visible
