In Event Temple, the file names of uploaded documents cannot be changed. Once a file is uploaded, Event Temple automatically adds a unique combination of letters and numbers to the file name. This unique identifier is used to generate a File URL for sharing the document within Event Temple.

While renaming the File isn't possible, you can rename the link by clicking the link & selecting Edit Link when sending Emails.
