How Can I Upload a File to Event Temple?

Files can be uploaded to Event Temple to attach to emails, documents, proposals, or templates.

Step 1: Go to Files

  1. From your Event Temple dashboard, navigate to the left sidebar.

  2. Click Settings → Files under Templates & Files.
    (You’ll see the “Uploaded Files” section like in your screenshot.)


Step 2: Upload a File

  1. At the top of the page, find the Upload A File section.

  2. Click Choose File.

  3. Select a file from your computer (images, PDFs, or documents are supported).

  4. Once selected, it will automatically begin uploading and appear in the Uploaded Files list.


Step 3: Manage Your Files

  • After upload, you’ll see your file listed with a preview, file name, and delete option (trash icon).

  • You can also:

    • Star a file to mark it as a favorite for quicker access.

    • Search for a file by name using the search bar.

    • Attach uploaded files directly to emails, proposals, or document templates.


Supported File Types

Event Temple supports common file formats, including:

  • .jpg, .png, .gif (images)

  • .pdf (documents)

  • .docx, .xlsx, .pptx (Microsoft Office files)


Tip:

Uploaded files are stored within your Event Temple account and are accessible to all users in your organization.
