Procedure:
It's possible to upload any type of file to later attach to an email or Document and send to a client. This way the files will be easily accessible through Event Temple, rather than having access to a specific hard drive, network or folder on a workstation.
On the left-hand side menu click Settings
Click Templates & Files
Click Files
Click Choose File
Select the file you wish to upload
Click Open
The file will now upload and you will see it appear in a list along with any other files you have previously uploaded.
To delete a file, click the trash icon on the right-hand side.
To make it easy to navigate through multiple files you have the ability to search by file name or extension and Star files if you need to access them regularly.
Additional Information
If you click on the name, your file will open up in a new tab, with a unique URL.
