Step 1: Go to Files
From your Event Temple dashboard, navigate to the left sidebar.
Click Settings → Files under Templates & Files.
(You’ll see the “Uploaded Files” section like in your screenshot.)
Step 2: Upload a File
At the top of the page, find the Upload A File section.
Click Choose File.
Select a file from your computer (images, PDFs, or documents are supported).
Once selected, it will automatically begin uploading and appear in the Uploaded Files list.
Step 3: Manage Your Files
After upload, you’ll see your file listed with a preview, file name, and delete option (trash icon).
You can also:
Star a file to mark it as a favorite for quicker access.
Search for a file by name using the search bar.
Attach uploaded files directly to emails, proposals, or document templates.
Supported File Types
Event Temple supports common file formats, including:
.jpg,.png,.gif(images).pdf(documents).docx,.xlsx,.pptx(Microsoft Office files)
Tip:
Uploaded files are stored within your Event Temple account and are accessible to all users in your organization.
