Revenue Groups in Event Temple are system-defined and cannot be modified.

This means you cannot:

  • Add new Revenue Groups

  • Edit existing Revenue Group names

  • Remove Revenue Groups

These default groups (such as Food & Beverage or Room Rental) are built into the system and remain fixed.


How Revenue Groups Are Used

Revenue Groups are used in:

When a Revenue Group is selected in a report or document section, it automatically pulls in all line items associated with Revenue Categories under that group.

For example, using the Beverage Revenue Group will automatically include all line items categorized under Beverage-related Revenue Categories.


Can I Customize Anything?

While Revenue Groups cannot be changed, you can customize Revenue Categories within them.
