Answer:

Once a Workflow is added to a Booking there are a few options you have to adjust how the Workflow runs:

  • Force a Step to run - this will cause the Workflow Step to run before the scheduled time

  • Remove a Step - this will remove a Workflow Step from the Workflow (this will not affect your Workflow Template)

  • Pause/Remove the Workflow from the Booking by using the buttons in the top right corner.

Aside from these options, Workflow steps cannot be edited once the Workflow is on a Booking. If a Workflow Step creates a Task, this Task can be edited from the Tasks tab once it is created.
