If you sent an email through Event Temple and got a message saying the recipient’s email system didn’t respond, here’s what’s going on:

  1. The issue is on their end
    This type of bounceback means the recipient’s email server isn’t responding — it could be offline, full, or misconfigured.

  2. What you can do
    Since this is related to their system, Event Temple can’t troubleshoot it. We recommend trying an alternate contact method or asking the recipient to check with their IT team or email provider.
