Answer:
If you would like a list of Menu Items that don't have a Revenue Category associated with them you can run a Menu Item List (Booking) Report and add the appropriate filters to sort your items to only show ones that are Uncategorized.
Click on Reports in the left-hand menu
Click on Line Item List (Booking)
Click + Add Filter
Click on the dropdown and select Revenue Category
Click in the search bar and select Uncategorized
Click Apply
Optional: Add additional filters to further sort the list (e.g. Booking Start Date)
Once you have the list of items you can then click on the Booking in the list and you will be brought to the Booking Summary where you can edit the Menu Item and add the appropriate Revenue Category.
From the Booking Summary, click on the Menu Item tab
Click the Edit (pencil) button on the Menu Item you wish to edit
Select a Revenue Category from the drop down
Click Save
If you would like to edit the Lmenu ITems to include the Revenue Category by Default. This can be done in the Menu's Settings.
