You cannot search the Booking List or Booking Pipeline using an invoice number. Instead, search the Invoice List and access the booking linked to that invoice.
Steps
Go to Invoices from the main navigation menu.
Enter the Invoice Number (e.g., INV-00089) in the search bar.
Press Enter to view results.
Ensure the Booking column is visible (use the Columns icon if needed).
- Click the Columns icon (three vertical bars).
- Enable Booking so you can see which booking each invoice is linked to.
Click the Booking Name to open the associated booking.
This is the fastest way to locate a booking using an invoice number.
