The "Other Items" Menu Items show up in a Document if you have Menu Items that are not part of an Event or Package and you have Source Booking enabled. If you have Source Events enabled, it will only look at Menu Items inside Events, so the "Other Items" do not show up.

At the moment, there is no option to hide the "Other Items".
