Budgets in Event Temple allow businesses to set sales goals & see how you are tracking according to your goals.
Budget can be set by Revenue Category (Catering) and Market Segment (Groups).
Budgets are used in the Catering or Group Pace Reports.

Click Settings
Click Organization
Click Budgets
Choose whether you want to set a budget for Catering (Meetings/Events) or Groups
Choose the year
Update your monthly budget
Click Save Budget

Click on Reports
Choose the report you need
Change filters if needed
Click the "Export as" drop-down
Select the format to view the Report
The report will compare actual sales activity to the budgeted activity as well as the previous year's performance

Currently, budgets can only be set for the Calendar year.
Each Revenue Category will appear in the Catering Pace Report separately.
