How do I View the Catering Pace Report by Events and/or Bookings?

View Menu Items broken down by an Events or Bookings filter- View Catering Revenue

The Catering Pace Report combines Budget Pace and Production in one report. It summarizes Definite and Tentative revenue throughout the filtered year. Definite Revenue can easily be bench-marked on a monthly basis against:

  1. Click on Reports on the left-hand side of Event Temple

  2. Click on Catering Pace Report

  3. From the Filters at the top of the report, select Menu Item Source

  4. Select Bookings or Events as your source of Revenue

  5. Click on Export as button

  6. Select your Export format

Additional Information:

  • If a Booking or Event spans over multiple months, the revenue associated with it splits proportionally. For example, if you have a Booking/Event with $900 revenue starting Jan. 31, 2020 and ending Feb. 2, 2020, January will show $300 from this Booking/Event and February will show $600.

  • The catering pace report is calculated pre-taxes: qty*price/number of days
