Why Is The Wrong Document Sending in an Email?

How come the wrong Contract was sent to a client? The Proposal sent to the customer was from a different Booking?

If this issue occurs, please check the Email Template used to send the Document.

  1. Click Settings

  2. Under Templates and Files, click Email Templates

  3. Click on the Document Link

If a Document opens, this means the direct link to the Document was added to the template, causing it to be sent every time the template is used.

To solve this, remove the link and replace it with the HTML URL Merge Field from the Document dropdown.
