Answer:
You can mass-change attendees on a Package or stand-alone Events.
Updating the attendees on a Package
From the Package tab
Click the edit button next to the Package you would like to update
Click the Update all button
Enter the Number of attendees
Click Save
Click Save again to exit out of the Package
Events that are not part of a Package
Events not part of a Package can also be updated in one go! Select all relevant Events by clicking the checkbox in front of them; you can use the drop-down batch-action menu and select the "Update" option.
