Why Does The Status Of My Document Show Completed?

Answer:

There are multiple ways that the Status of a Document changes to Completed:

Manually mark the Document Status as Completed

  • From the Document List or Document Sub-Menu use the down arrow

  • From the Edit Document screen, use the Action Button

After the Customer has signed a Contract

The Document Status will automatically change from Sent to Completed.
