Answer:
There are multiple ways that the Status of a Document changes to Completed:
Manually mark the Document Status as Completed
From the Document List or Document Sub-Menu use the down arrow
From the Edit Document screen, use the Action Button
After the Customer has signed a Contract
The Document Status will automatically change from Sent to Completed.
