Answer:
Clients often sign documents through the e-signature fields, but don't properly submit the documents so that they are received on your end. In some cases, a client may sign a document, and download it, and send it to you through other means. This will not complete the process on the Event Temple side.
To properly sign a document sent by Event Temple, your client must click the submit button at the top of the signing page after completing their signature. See the video below.
