"Other Fields" is referring to Custom Fields. Booking Custom Fields are found in the lower right-hand side of the Booking Summary, under the Other Fields heading
If you have a large number of Custom Fields, consider using Custom Field Sets to group them into manageable sections.
Additional Information
Group & Event Custom Fields, will also have an 'Other Fields' section & can be found by editing the specific Event or Group.
Contact & Account Custom Fields are found in the lower left-hand side of the Contact/Account Summary Page
