Answer:
You'll need to upload the logo within your Organization Settings.
To Upload your Logo
Click Settings
Click Organization
Click General Settings
Under the Basics heading, click Edit
Under Organization Logo, Click Upload
Select your logo from your computer file
Click Open
Once you've done this, PDF report exports will show your logo
