Submitted Document notifications are sent to whoever created the Document as well as the assignee of the Booking. This happens for the customer version of the document and the vendor version of the document.

It is not possible to change who gets notified. If you'd like additional users to be notified, we suggest you set up an auto-forwarding rule in your various user's email accounts for this. For example, when we send a notification to User A, User A's email provider will then forward them to User B. Please note, email forwarding rules and setup will be dependent on your email provider.
