Intake Form Input Fields relate to the various areas in Event Temple (Booking, Contact & Account)
This notification is due to a guest filling in an Account Field (Eg Account Comment) in an Intake Form, without the Account Name Field
An Account Field cannot be added onto an Account without having a related Account name to add it to.
To collect Account information via Input Fields, an Account Name Input Field must also be used & filled in by the guest.
