Procedure:
Depending on your regional settings, when you export data from Event Temple as CSV all the information shows under one column separated by commas, in order to apply the right regional settings and load the information into columns you can try:
Windows
Export desired information as CSV
Open a new Excel worksheet
Go to Data
Get Data From Text/CSV
Select the file that you have downloaded
Click Import
Click Load
Information should now be loaded in the right format and into different columns.
Mac
Export desired information as CSV
Open a new Excel worksheet
Click File
Click Import
Choose CSV and click Import
Choose the Delimited data type
Choose Unicode (UTF-8) as the file origin
Leave the default value for where you want to put the data
Click Ok
