How can someone become a chain administrator?
Answer:
Only Chain Admins can change the User permission levels. If you do not see these options, contact your Event Temple Chain Admin user.
Select Settings on the left side of Event Temple
Under Organization Click Users & Roles
Hover over the User & click Edit
Select Chain Admin
🎉 That's it! The user is now a Chain Admin. Please have them refresh their screen for additional permissions to become visible.
