🪜 Steps to Make a User a Chain Admin
Go to Settings → Organization → Users (under your Chain account).
Locate the user you want to update.
Click Edit beside their name.
In the Edit User panel, scroll to the Roles and Organizations section.
Check the box labeled Chain Admin.
A note below confirms: “Chain admins can manage resources across all organizations within a chain.”
Click Update Roles to save your changes.
⚠️ Important Notes
The user must already have an active account within the chain.
Chain Admin permissions override organization-specific roles — giving full visibility across all linked properties.
This change takes effect immediately; the user may need to refresh their page to see the new access.
