What is the Payments Record Table?

When viewing an Invoice in Event Temple, all payment records and the option to add new payments appear at the bottom of the invoice. This section is for internal use only and is not visible to guests.

Share Payment Information with a Client

  1. Open the Invoices page from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the Columns icon (three vertical bars) and select the fields you want to include β€” such as Invoice Number, Payment Status, Amount Due, and Paid/Total.

  3. Use the Add Filter option to narrow results:

    • Choose Booking Number (or another relevant field).

  4. After filtering, review the list to confirm it includes the correct bookings and payment details.

  5. Click the Export button (top right of the table).

  6. Choose your preferred export format.
