Procedure:

Using Zapier, you can connect Event Temple to many third party calendars to create Events or meetings.

Our Workflow feature gives you the opportunity to create automated Tasks within Event Temple. Find out more here! Please note, Workflows are only available on some plans.

In the below example, you can create an Event in Google Calendar automatically when you create a Task in Event Temple.

Setup the Zap

Task Created trigger

  1. Click here (this will create a blank Zap)

  2. Click the Trigger, search for EventTemple and select it from the list

  3. Choose the Task Created event

  4. Connect your Event Temple Account

  5. Choose the Organization

  6. Test the trigger

Create Google Calendar Entry step

  1. Click the Action, search for Google Calendar and select it from the list

  2. Choose the Create Detailed Event event

  3. Connect your Google Calendar account

  4. Map Event Temple fields to Google Calendar (fields marked with an asterisk* are required)

  5. Test the step

  6. Publish the Zap
