Answer:
Most list views (bookings, events, tasks, etc.) and even reports can save the current selection of filters, columns and sort order.
From a List Page
When the view selector —the thin column shown below — is collapsed it will show the currently selected view.
Click it to expand to be able to access your saved views:
By clicking on the cog icon, all the chain views shared with everyone will be displayed.
From the list, you will be able to select if there are any other views that you would like to use.
Once a new view has been selected the view will automatically apply its saved filters, columns, and sort order:
From the Reports page
Any Saved Reports will be grouped next to the report's name.
By Clicking on the Saved Reports the list will display:
