Answer:

Read-Only users are not able to make any changes in Event Temple that can be saved - this extends to Views. They are however able to use public views that were created by higher level users.

Bookings, Contacts, Accounts, Documents, Invoices, Events, Groups:

A Read-Only user can use public views on any of these list pages including the Bookings Pipeline.

  1. If the Views panel is not extended, click the word "Views" to open it

  2. Click the cog wheel icon to open the saved Views list

  3. Click "Use" next to the Views you would like to add to your list

Please note - Once a view is added to the Views list, Read-Only users cannot remove it. If the view is deleted by a higher level user, it will be removed from the list.

Report Views

A Read-Only user can use public saved Report Views when running Reports.

Booking Summary

A Read-Only user can add filters/columns to any table in the Booking Summary except for the Events list in the Details tab.
