If you’re hosting a recurring event or managing bookings that follow a similar setup, you can save time by cloning an existing booking to multiple dates. This feature allows you to quickly duplicate key details without needing to rebuild each booking from scratch.
To clone a booking:
Open the Booking you’d like to copy.
In the top-right corner, click Actions → Clone.
In the clone window, choose which details you want to include in the new bookings:
Contacts – carry over the associated client or company details.
Custom Fields – include any additional data fields linked to the booking.
Event – replicate the event details tied to the booking.
Event Custom Fields – include custom event-level fields.
Line Items – copy over your menus, meeting room rentals, and other revenue items.
Notes – bring forward any internal or client-facing notes.
Select the Start Dates for the new bookings. You can add multiple dates if needed.
Once you’ve confirmed your selections, click Clone.
Each cloned booking will automatically be created in Lead status, allowing you to review and confirm details before moving them forward in your sales process.
