🧭 Building and Saving Custom Views
You can create and save custom views in most tables and reports.
Steps to Create a Custom View
- Add Filters to narrow your dataset. 
- Modify Columns to display the information you need. 
- Once you’ve configured your view, click the Save View button (top right corner). 
- Choose whether to Save Changes to Current View or Create a New View. 
- Click Next → Save. 
💡 Use saved views to quickly access filtered data—perfect for recurring reports or personal workflows.
🧩 Batch Actions
When viewing lists (e.g. Documents, Events), each item includes a checkbox.
Select multiple items to perform bulk updates.
Available actions vary depending on the list type (e.g. cloning, reassigning, or deleting items).
