The Task Productivity Report is designed to show how many tasks have been completed in a selected date range, broken down by user and task type.
This report is ideal for managers or sales leaders who want to track productivity, evaluate team performance, or ensure that users are completing the types of tasks that align with your company’s activity goals.
If a task type is not shown in the report, that means no completed tasks of that type exist in the selected time frame.
How to Use the Task Productivity Report
Click Reports in the left-hand menu.
Select Task Productivity.
Set your desired date range filter.
Review the data by user and task type.
Click Export As to save the report (HTML or PDF).
What the Report Shows
Total number of completed tasks
Grouped by user
Categorized by task type
⚠ Important Limitations
Only includes completed tasks. Tasks that are still in progress or incomplete are not counted.
No timestamps. The report doesn’t show when each task was completed—just a summary count.
No detailed descriptions. Task content or notes are not included—just types and counts.
No filters by account, booking, or contact. It’s a high-level productivity snapshot only.
👉 For more granular activity tracking, use the Task List Report, which includes all task statuses (not just completed).
Tips for Better Results
Make sure your task types are clearly defined and consistently used by your team.
