Updated over a week ago

Purpose

This report is especially useful for managers and administrators who want to:

  • Track how many tasks each team member has created vs. completed

  • Identify workload imbalances or performance gaps

  • Monitor overall productivity across users

How to Access

  1. Go to Reports in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click Task Graph under the list of available reports.

  3. The report will automatically load with a default date filter (e.g., Last Month).

Understanding the Report

The Task Graph displays users on the Y-axis and the number of tasks on the X-axis.
Each user is represented by two colour bars:

  • 🔵 New (Blue Bar): Number of new or open tasks created within the selected date range.

  • 🔴 Completed (Red Bar): Number of tasks completed by the same user during that period.

This provides an immediate side-by-side comparison of task activity per team member.
