The Event Financial Forecast report displays predicted revenue for a date range. This report displays event information ranging from (but not limited to):
Attendees
Set up types
Revenue Category Summary
Taxes Summary
This report can be used to determine the estimated total Revenue on an Event by Event basis.
This report can also be utilized to summarize the total estimated revenue by revenue category for the selected Date Range.
How to Use The Event Financial Forecast Report
Click on Reports in the side navigation
Click on "+X Saved Views" next to the Event List
Select Use for the Event Financial Forecast Report
Select Filters
Select your Visible Columns
Export AS (CSV PDF or HTML)
Once the report is exported to HTML or PDF, sub-totals will be calculated & broken up by Revenue Category, and total for all revenue.
Exporting to CSV will allow you to further manipulate the data as needed. See this short video for a walkthrough of the Event Financial Forecast.
Important Considerations
Ensure the revenue categories are recorded correctly as the information pulls directly from the items selected on the event, not the BEO.
