The Top Account Report orders your accounts by expected Total Revenue for the specified date range. The report also includes a breakdown of the Total Revenue.
This information allows your team to determine which accounts might need to be offered exceptional services or negotiated rates. This is particularly useful to determine accounts that are spending less in the current year than they have in previous years.
The report's goal is to assist you in retaining those top-producing accounts and get more business from your lesser revenue-generating accounts. Once generated, you are able to:
identify top revenue-producing Group and Event accounts
Display Top Accounts by Market Segment
Determine which Accounts to prospect and create a strategic plan to convert more business from.
Isolate Accounts that are missing key data (like market segments) for accurate reporting.
