Currently, Booking Statuses in Event Temple are hardcoded, meaning you cannot add or rename them.
However, there are a couple of flexible workarounds:
Workaround 1: Use Custom Pipeline Stages
Pipeline Stages can be tailored to fit any part of your workflow—like Postponed, TBD, or Awaiting Approval—without altering the booking status.
Go to Settings > Pipeline Stages to configure these.
Workaround 2: Use “Lost” with Custom Lost Reasons
If you need to indicate a status that doesn’t exist (like Postponed), you can:
Change the Booking Status to Lost
Set the Lost Reason to something specific, like Postponed
When the guest rebooks, update the status back to Definite
