  1. On the left-hand side, click on Settings

  2. Select Tools

  3. Select Intake Forms

  4. Click on the Name of the Intake Form you'd like to update

  5. Click the Submit Settings tab

  6. Click + Add Notification Email

  7. Enter the email address

  8. Click Add
