Pipelines help you manage your booking flow by organizing stages (like Inquiry, Prospect, Definite). A pipeline in Event Temple is a progression bar that visually represents the stages of a booking process. These stages help users monitor the progress of bookings, from initial inquiry to completed events. This article covers how to:

How To Edit Pipelines & Pipeline Stages
Go to Settings > Organization
Select Pipelines
Choose the Pipeline you want to edit
Click on a Pipeline Stage to rename it
Update the Pipeline Name if needed
Click Save

How To Reorder Pipeline Stages
Navigate to Settings > Organization > Pipelines
Choose the Pipeline
Drag and drop the stages into your desired order
Changes save automatically
How To Delete a Pipeline Stage
Go to Settings > Organization > Pipelines
Select the Pipeline
Click on the stage you want to delete
Click Delete Stage
Reassign any existing Bookings to a new Stage
Confirm deletion
β οΈ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If needed, you can recreate the stage and move bookings manually.
How To Set a Default Pipeline
Go to Settings > Organization > Pipelines
Choose your preferred Pipeline from the drop-down
Click Make Pipeline Default
π Pipelines appear in the order they were added; this cannot be rearranged.
How To Set a Pipeline & Stage for Intake Form Bookings
Go to Settings > Tools > Intake Forms
Hover over the form you'd like to edit, then click Edit
Select the Submit Settings tab
Choose the desired Pipeline and Stage
Click Save

Navigate to the Bookings screen in Event Temple.
Select the bookings you want to update.
Apply the new pipeline to these selections and set them to the appropriate stages. This method lets you quickly standardize settings across several bookings at once, saving time and ensuring consistency in your processes.
How To Edit Pipelines for Individual Bookings
For individual bookings, you can edit the pipeline by accessing the detail view of the specific booking:
Open the desired booking.
Click on the text beneath the pipeline progression bar to modify the pipeline or update its stages. This approach is ideal when attention to detail is required for individual bookings.
