Procedure:
There's currently no way to specifically void a Document within Event Temple. The guest will have access to the URL you shared with them at anytime.
There are a few options you can take to stop/deter a guest submitting a Document which is no longer valid.
Edit the Document & note "VOID" or other wording, so on the off chance the guest goes to sign/submit it, they'll see it's no longer valid.
Remove the Signature portion off the Document so the guest can't sign it
Delete the Document - you will lose all records of the Document so use this option carefully! An additional option of first downloading it as a PDF and attaching it to the Booking can be useful in this situation.
Additional Information:
If you have previously signed & submitted a Document, you can 'unlock a submitted document by pressing the 'edit' button on the editor page. This will wipe all signatures from the document and moves it back to 'draft' status.
