Make an intake form to be in a language other than English
Procedure:
You can customize the labels on the elements within an Intake form.
On the left-hand side Menu Click on Settings
Click on Tools
Click on Intake Forms
Click on the Intake Form Name
On the Fields tab, hover over the element you want to change
Make the relevant changes in the Label field
click Save
